Sebadore is the two of us, Rich & James. We’re the only full-time employees of the business. We operate super transparently; we never over commit ourselves and never double bill our time.
So how do we scale? We have two ways of doing this. We can recruit to fulfil the requirements of our clients or we tap into our network of trusted freelancers, contractors and complementary agencies to help deliver specific projects. By seamlessly integrating our partners into Sebadore we are able to meet all of our client requirements. Sebadore remains your agency. Our network brings their expertise to support. Our approach removes costs from the business, which enables us to pass on efficiencies. Our flexible approach means that clients only pay for what they need…not the overheads, the fancy offices or the corporate golf days!
