Who we are

This notice explains how Sebadore Sports Marketing Ltd ("Sebadore", "we") uses personal information. We are a company registered in England and Wales, number 11735594, with our registered office at Penrose House, 67 Hightown Road, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 9BE, United Kingdom. What we collect and why

• Enquiries. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email address and what you're considering, plus anything else you tell us. We use this to reply to you and to discuss working together. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• Emails and meetings. If you contact us directly, we keep that correspondence to manage our relationship with you and your organisation, on the same basis.
• Hospitality and event guests. When we organise hospitality or events, we may receive guest details from our clients or from guests directly. This can include names, contact details, job titles, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and travel or identity details where these are needed for accreditation, travel or venue access. We use this information only to plan and deliver the event. In most cases we do this on behalf of our client, and the client's own privacy notice also applies. Dietary and accessibility information is used only to look after you at the event.
• Website analytics. With your consent only, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are read and how people move through them. Clarity may record sessions with form entries masked. These tools set cookies. You can accept or reject them in our cookie banner, and change your choice at any time through Cookie settings.
• Essential cookies. Our website host, Wix, sets cookies needed for the site to work securely, including remembering your cookie choice. These don't need consent.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. We use trusted service providers to run our business: Wix (website hosting and our contact form), Google (email and analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity analytics). For hospitality and events, we share guest details only as needed with the venues, teams, rights holders, hotels and transport providers involved in delivering that event.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and related correspondence: up to two years after our last contact, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for that work and our legal obligations.
• Hospitality and event guest details: no longer than needed for the event, its follow-up and any legal or accounting requirements.
• Website analytics data: 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time. Email hello@sebadore.com and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
