Sponsorship sprint programme
(SYSO package)

Considering a sports partnership? Not sure where to start? We provide a 60 day sponsorship sprint to accelerate your sponsorship journey. Need to zero in on the 60 days composition.

Strategy & activation

planning sprint 

  • 30 days allocated to sponsorship strategy 

  • 15 days allocated to rights determination & activation planning 

  • 5 days allocated for creative services (JJ) 

  • 5 days for vetting of sponsorship (perhaps like AkkenCloud - these are the rights type thing)

 

60 days @ $1000 per day = $60k. 

 

From there, we could then take the commission as our paid for services have come to an end. 

 

We would then get paid again once the deal is done to carry out the planned activation.

  • Measurement and evaluation metrics 

  • Commissioning  / sourcing of external data *(additional costs)

  • Review of brand and marketing objectives - how sponsorship can infuse & enhance 

  • Internal stakeholder engagement

  • Business / brand challenges to be addressed / targeted  

  • Sport filter process - honing in on the sport that best makes sense 

 

Activation planning 

  • Topline mapping out of how you’d deploy assets 

  • Rights determination - what you need to deliver on your objectives 

  • Create an ideal Asset matrix 

  • Framework to take to rights holders to build their response from (AkkenCloud model) 

  • M&E framework

    • A productised version of the Partnership measurement doc created for DNSF?

 

Rights holder introductions

  • Setting up of initial meeting 

  • Rights holder briefing doc

    • Brand and sponsorship objectives 

    • Communication of the M&E framework 

    • Asset matrix 

    • This is where the design time kicks in - thinking we produce a designed deck for internal use (a la TeamViewer) with a sanitised external version
