Strategy sprint

We offer a 30-day Strategy & Activation sprint to accelerate your sponsorship journey. 

This programme is suitable for any brand that needs guidance around how to set-up, manage, and maximise the rights, benefits and IP granted within your sponsorship contract. We offer a structured programme that takes you from 0–100 and beyond. 

First, we get under the skin of your brand, your objectives and your partnership ambition. Second, we work with you to deliver a comprehensive and actionable plan to ensure you have the foundations and go-forward guidance that sets your brand, and sports partnership, up for future success.

Phase 1

We build an end-to-end sponsorship strategy based on your business, brand and marketing objectives.
Phase 1a 

Discovery

We take a holistic overview of all relevant business units to create the foundations of the sports partnership strategy. The information we gather will include:

 

  • A company overview

  • Background – story to date

  • Business objectives

  • Business challenges

  • Key markets / territories

  • Target audiences

  • Brand overview

  • Existing corporate marketing strategy

  • Expectations for what success looks like in 3 years’ time

 

This process takes place over the course of a workshop or series of meetings with relevant stakeholders from across the business.

Phase 1b 

Sports partnership strategy

With the discovery phase complete, we distil the information into two documents that serve as the strategic foundation for the sports partnership(s). They are:

 

  • 1 page partnership strategy roadmap

  • Sports partnership strategy document

 

We will provide our opinions and perspectives on the sports industry and how they align to the brand and business. We like to procure relevant targeted market research to underpin our strategy, ensuring that the sports partnership strategy is robust and comprehensive.

From selecting the correct property to defining your KPIs, we create the foundation for your sports partnerships.

Delivery & Iteration

  • Sebadore’s activation will be constantly evaluated to ensure it is delivering against pre-agreed strategic KPIs

  • Working with specialist research agencies and internal teams, Sebadore will deliver continuous activation evaluation to set the brand up for the best chance of success

  • On a bi-annual basis, we would carry out a strategic review of the sports partnership(s) to evaluate and iterate further
